Rob Phinissee had 8 assists off the bench as Cincinnati beat Chaminade 98-55.  Had three points, only took two shots.

1 1/2 minutes to go in the game, Parker Stewart has 9 points on 3/9 shooting (0/3 from three) for Tennessee-Martin.  PIttsburgh leads 80-51.

Stetson with a weird small school Indiana Pipeline. They got a kid out of a northern Indiana small school a few years back.

In Archies opener Rhode Island was favored by 9.5 against mighty Quinnipiac but goes down. Gives me nightmares of the Indiana State and Fort Wayne games his first season.

What a difference a week makes.  Last week Stetson only beat D2 St. Leo in an exhibition 54-53 and needed overtime to beat D2 Tampa.  Luke Brown was 5-16 from the field those games.

Interestingly, Brown didn't start tonight.  Jalen Blackmon did and was 0-7 from the floor.  Blackmon had played well in their exhibitions, leading them in scoring in both games.

12min in and  unc wilmington is tied with UNC. Wilmington is long and fairly athletic.

They put 1.1 on the clock and Belmont calls timeout at half court.    Belmont buries a 3 to win it.    I love this sport.   Welcome back college basketball
