I'm not seeing it for Wisconsin. Happ is really good, and it's reasonable to assume their young guys will improve some- but they just aren't that talented and the off-season isn't fixing that.

Take away Happ and they are the worst team in the B1G by a wide margin, IMO.

They don't need to pay anyone else. KU basketball is the face of the Big 12. Its great publicity for the Big 12 to always have their top team winning the conference. Why did so many schools want to leave the Big 12 re: football?
