I don’t know if anyone is watching this selection show special but I really hate that they are doing this. It was terrible for football because it places more emphasis on what happens at the end of the season and week to week instead of looking at the whole body of work. 
 

I feel the real process should not start until the regular season ends. The conference tournaments should only affect the auto bids. 
 

if this selection show is just speculation then that is completely fair and fine, but this is being presented as this is the committees actual picks as of now. That’s a bad precedent to start in my opinion. 
 

And I do realize basketball has a larger body of work than football, more games on the schedule, but I hate the in season reveal.

They've been doing it for years now, probably the only reason Trae Young ft. Oklahoma made the tourney since they revealed OU as a 4 seed then proceeded to lose their last 6-7 games.

Probably a question USPS could deliver an answer on but what’s up with Butler? I was sure Matta would do well. Is it recruiting issues at Butler since they’re in the Big East now? BE just being as good as it is at the top? I don’t get many Butler games down here so love to watch when I do.

Not quite sure how their NIL stacks up with the rest of the Big East but I’m guessing it’s at the bottom with Seton Hall.   Personally I feel they should have stayed in the A-10 when they made the move there instead of jumping right into the Big East.  Tough to be low NIL in a power 5 conference these days
