Man, Nick Van Exel missed his era. In today’s NBA he would be a very rich dude.

Heard, BUT I won't be losing any sleep over Nick's opportunity cost either lol. I couldn't believe it when I pulled that up.

1-4 is at least defensible. After that it looks like pulling names out of a hat. And I know people don’t like Underwood, but if they think he can’t coach I’ve got nothing for them.

I'm with you on Underwood, he should be higher, but wow high I'm not sure of.

The 7 ft Croatian kid Cal recruited a couple of months back is being messed with by UK Admissions. He is currently not enrolled and not even in the country over an ENGLISH TEST. The clearest sign yet that the powers that be are done with Cal. 3 or 4 years ago would this have been any issue at all?

“still has a path to eligibility.” He’s gonna be in the ‘24 draft. So, if they don’t get this figured out quickly he will never suit up.

But... just for a start,

Illinois has a score of 255.35 and Indiana has a score of 275.15.

Fun Fact: Illinois has only won 2 NCAA Tourney games the past 10 seasons.

Another: Indiana has 34 wins over Top 25 opponents.

Without looking at the stats, it seems like Illinois has been much more of a disaster than us in that time span so that isn’t super surprising to me. The Groce era was like our Archie era, just way worse.

Again, all based off of my memory, I could have some bias built in there.

It was pretty bad. Which we weren't exactly good either. We won more games than them and more games against Top 25 teams. Getting to the Sweet 16 in 2016 helped too.
