Would like Sisley to see floor time in 2nd unless he’s injured or something

Not sure who really pushed for him but Drew Adams was the lead recruiter for him.  I had my concerns with Drew joining this staff and those are amplified like 10x now.

I think individual players can be worth it. But this is always the risk having zero returners. I like the freshmen coming in next year. Keep Sisley, and go get 5 new starters.

When you factor in Alexis, Conerway and Enright, that may be another 1.5-2M.

We have enough NIL "cap space" to be aggressive, which is good, because we need to be.

I would argue DeVries is mid major as well. Hes so slow and gets torched by any athlete

If Carr is assuming a GM role then these assistants can stop trying to evaluate talent and focus on cultivating relationships once Carr/DDv identify players.

Before he came here, I only remember Adams from his connection to Klory Bumdoonger and at the time it seemed like he was an up and comer which may have been a mis-read on my part.

I’m pretty sure Conerway got a decent sum too. Not quite 1 mil but I think it was something significant

Adams is definitely the weak link in our Staff.

Is he still connected to Indiana Elite? Does that even matter now in the NIL era?

I’ve said it before but I hate that the NIL budget is potentially going up after what transpired this year. 10M was more than enough to make the tournament and is next year too.
