OMG, he was a 29 year old freshman this season and has played sports professionally.

"Gowers was a 29-year-old true freshman this past fall that played professional Australian Rules Football for five years in the AFL. He also competed in the Victorian Football League."

This guy has NFL level punting stats.  A 46.2 yard avg, with 25 punts inside the 20, and only 2 touchbacks is very impressive.

Clearly with the information we've gleaned thus far, Gowers is clearly a 'cut' above your average punter and on the 'cutting' edge of new punting techniques.  Also reported he has a 'razor' sharp mind and won't ever try to 'nick' you into paying his bar bill.  At least that's the 'buzz' I've heard.    Have a great day mates.
