Did the betting lines move when Daley got hurt?

I can't quite remember.  When I saw projected lines for OU and Bama I think the news/rumor was already out.

Lines will move on injury news, but it varies a lot from case to case since it's almost always unique.  Usually the moves are kinda small. We'll see if anything happens with this rumor...

They really wouldn’t for a RB, no matter how good he is. Moore’s absence would be the only thing to move a line most likely.

Agree, was just typing the above -- line moves seem to usually be pretty small (like 0.5 pt) except for QBs.

I dunno, I'm just making observations.

I rewatched the OU vs IU game last night and it really bummed me out. We didn't play that well but well enough. I don't think we can do that again this go-round. I'm a bit worried.

I think this will be a close game and probably similar in the first game. Both teams will play a whole lot better compared to what happened in October.

Totally normal to be anxious when there's only 4 teams left and two games before somebody plays for a national title. I was worried before Bama and very pleasantly surprised.

Won't be an easy road, but I think Cig has this group peaking at the right time.

worried after we won by 10 on the road? And made two MASSIVE mistakes, directly leading to 14pts for Oregon.

Keep them away from the big play... on both sides of the ball, and I like our shot. Worried about the pass rush, though.

Thats a fair assessment. However, after rewatching parts of the game I think its apparent that we have improved since then.

Betting lines aren't moving... probably telling...

The lines would move much more when the Sharks start to bet big on one side when the line gets to a spot they like.  I would say that is more of a reason than a RB getting hurt.

We will get our answer later today with the availability report. Since none of the Oregon reporters haven’t tweeted out yet, I’ll assume it’s a fake rumor.

Any clue when that releases

And not having to endure the Oregon crowd noise is not a small thing.

Also…hopefully the refs don’t allow the Oregons DL to jump around again. That illlegal movement, combined with the noise, should be two factors our offense won’t have to deal with in Atlanta

Ours or theirs?

I think it's 80%+ IU down in ATL, though, I really do.

I’ve been watching the ticket sites and it looks that way. Demand looks about 30-50% higher on the IU side.

Oregon would be the case for why another round should be played on campuses. In the (hopefully very unlikely) event they play in the title game you’re asking their fans to travel cross country to Miami, ATL, and Miami again in consecutive weeks.

Oh, I agree, completely. Bogus set up for Oregon, truthfully.

A massive personnel development

Whittington (829 yards) and Hill (570 yards) will step up, especially since Limar also entered the portal. However, Davison has been a great spark for them the last couple of games.
