I’m pretty sure this is the 5th game in a row that Tucker hasn’t played at all.

The last game Tucker played in was UCLA.

Ballo didn't play late in the game.

I think it’s because we were doing well with MR and also didn’t want to see Ballo go to the free throw line.

I’d be willing to bet Ballo will start against Oregon and Tucker will continue to sit.

I think there’s been discussions of the NCAA redoing how they do eligibility altogether. Maybe even adding a 5th year.

I wouldn’t fully rule his return out.

Goode, Zrno, Mullins. Rain 3s. Find great ball handling PG and a C to control the paint and rebounding. Try hard to keep Reneau. Find a athletic defensive G.

There. Job finished. Next coach can send me a check for my services.

I thought it was a pretty exciting game to go to.  Haven’t been to many since graduating.  The crowd wanted to get into it, but it took awhile.  Everyone in my section was standing the last 8 or 9 minutes.

Until we made our second half run the most entertaining part was the baby race at halftime.  Soooo cute :)  It almost makes me want one.  Almost.

Really happy for the seniors.  I heard CMW said that maybe he is leaving too early.  He really has no idea.

Thanks, Kaulie!  Oh wait…you weren’t talking about seniors…like me.   Damn.

KC probably played his way out of minutes going forward. Gallo, Leal, and Goode need to play as much as possible with Rice subbing in.

100%. Crazy thing is I was saying this very, very early in the year. Goode stepped up even more than I expected. Rice just isn’t fully comfortable out there and that’s his hurdle. Carlyle is lost in the abyss and just loves to take shots. I expected more from Mgbako. I think as a stretch 4 with the right coach he could be lethal. I haven’t given up on Bako yet. I’m sure he moves on, but.. I could see him being tough in the right spot, system.

I was with you until Mgbako.  I have not seen it from day one.  I remember saying I thought Banks should be starting over him (even though Banks was struggling in the CMW system).  This is going to sound so bad, and I don’t really mean it to sound as bad as it’s going to, but I don’t think I can think of another player I can’t wait to see wear the IU uniform for the last time more than Mgbako.

Keep Goode (I know unlikely he gets another year).

Try to keep MR.

That’s it (besides the incoming recruits).

A picture is worth a thousand words.  :)

Or to quote Mick Jagger…”You can’t always get what you want.  But if you try sometime, you might find, you get what you need.”  :)

Sort of crazy that we “hoped” we finally had a strong pair of guards, with Rice and Carlyle, but here we are winning with Leal and Gallo as the starters. Kind of a LOL.

Well you said the key word ‘winning’.  For 4 flipping years I have wanted to see Gallo and Leal starting.  On the court together.  Throw in Goode and you have something.  Still need superior talent of course, to be at the top of the mountain (unless you have superior coaching which we do not).

So you want a picture of Mick Jagger?

That foul no call on the press break at :55 seconds to go could’ve spelled our doom. Leal was hammered. He should’ve been at the line.

It was so obvious!

Thank the Lord we didn’t let it get us down.

Regardless, fantastic win Hoosiers!

Let’s do some damage in the B1G Tournament……Maybe even WIN it for the FIRST TIME EVER!
