If I can find a couple of the videos, I will post them. There were also a couple talking about him possibly going to the Raiders with Kubiak and his system. He breaks it down pretty good and talks about what Kubiak does as compared to what IU did this last season. He has the mental part down which doesn't surprise me seeing as he is a tape junky. Quote
