Kind of feels that way doesn't it?  Hopefully we continue to pursue others so if Duke comes in with a larger or equal offer we aren't left holding the bag.

Looks like he’s going to the highest bidder, which I hope will still be us. Gonna make us sweat it out though.

A lot of times these guys report this stuff  in this way just hours or even minutes before it becomes official so they can claim they have good sources to improve their credibility.

Agreed.  Cannot run out of time waiting.  If Sherrell wants to shop, then let him shop.  We may not get 'better' but we can get better than what we had last season and move forward with more for possibly less if we have to.  At some point, he will run out of options to shop for more money.

I have very intrigued by Sebastian Rancik. He looks like what CDD wanted with Reed Bailey but has proven he can actually do it vs big 12 comp

Sherrel seems like the guy that makes the class really good.  Without him, Burton is a big need but a lot of holes otherwise.  Landing Sherrell and Burton takes this class way up a few notches.  Seems like we have been to the 11th hour a few times in the past and ended up short.  Hopefully Sherrell commits and we keep adding first choice (from the staff) guys

Terrible shooting numbers from both three and from 2pt. If those don't improve dramatically he will drive fans nuts.

247 lists him as 6-9, but on the official Colorado roster as well as ESPN he's listed as 6-11.

Youd have to hope the 3 point shooting follows his free throw percentage. 33% on 4 attempts is ok but maybe they think he can get it to 37%ish

Ya this guy feels more like what Devries wants in a 4 with his ability to play on the perimeter and handle it. I was skeptical of the double bigs since he’s never done that
