Obviously not coming back to IU but I would have thought that Mgbako and Tucker would be zeroing in on places. I know Mgbako visited Kentucky but that was a little while ago. UK took that Bama kid. Don’t think they will want him. Quote

Kentucky is still looking for a shooter too. It makes me feel validated that UK looked at him and passed. How that guy maintained a five star ranking with no one realizing what a dud he was is beyond me. 94Bulldog and MemphisHoosier 2 Quote

From the free throw line.....he's an adventure. lillurk and Soulsnipes 2 Quote

68Hoosier Posted April 9 Posted April 9 The daily Hoosier lists Dallas James as a possibility to return. Not saying he wants to, or we want him too but I thought he was a SR. Quote

I was only speaking to "how'd he maintain his rating" ... it baffles me, as well. Quote

TDH lists him as eligible to return, but when his transfer to IU was announced it said he was a grad student using his 5th season of eligibility. Quote

Seems like a good bet he will be more productive elsewhere like Bates, Gunn, Banks. He could be another Geronimo, but unlike Geronimo, MM actually does have some basketball skill, albeit way less athletic and still very one dimensional. Like you said, having that size… IMO somebody will take a flyer on him thinking they know a better way of setting him up for success/covering weaknesses. We will see how it works out for them. Like his arms don’t even hang at his sides comfortably looking. Also I thought this year he developed a really mean streak and not in a good way. Always in the mix chirping or bumping/shoving when it’s absolutely unnecessary. DChoosier 1 Quote

He played 4 years but 1 was the COVID year which didn't count. He didn't play this year which means it was a redshirt year so he can get another year. He also had a season with only 8 games played so he might be able to get a medical redshirt on top of that. PartyintheVillas 1 Quote
