Unless you can get an Isaiah Wong level combo guard, he’s going to be the PG next year. Pack is 41-60 as a starter while being a lead guard.

Conwell was our best chance of that.  MAYBE Rodney Rice.  Not too many in the portal that fit that description that are proven.  Gotta pull one in or find an unheralded one.

You didn't answer my question

I’ve answered your questions several times. No, he’s not a winning player lol.

He’s 31-48 as a P5 conference starter. If that’s the guy you want running your offense….well, you get what you deserve.

Or get kind of lucky like he did with Small. Small was the 8th best portal PG last year and seemed to outplay that

His advanced metrics, especially before last season when he apparently played hurt, seem to contradict your assessment of him.

You didnt, but.. a high level 3pt shot and 4+ assts doesn't contribute to winning. Got it.

31-48 is 31-48. Spin it however you’d like. K-State was good before Pack arrived and immediately became good again after he left. Miami went to **** after everybody but Pack left. Those are intangibles I prefer my PG to not have.

All those fancy numbers yet teams he’s played for are collectively almost 20 games below .500 in conference over a 4.5 year stretch?

Thanks again for playing.

You don't like guards with F4 experience, odd stance, my guy.

If Pack is your 4th/5th best player, you have a chance to go to a F4. Have fun refuting that fact.

It's possible for good players to play on bad teams.  Calbert Cheaney's high school team, for example, has a losing record one of his seasons there, among many other examples that exist.  Not surprisingly, you have provided no evidence why I should blame Pack's team records solely on him.  So without that evidence, I'll stick with DeVries' assessment and the fancy numbers you don't understand.  And thank YOU for playing.

Let’s get excited about Lamar Wilkerson. Hopefully he’s next.

Sounds like exactly what I’d like in a guard. Good size at 6’5, great shooter.

Count me out on Pack, I think. Undersized guards who don’t/can’t defend aren’t what we should prioritize.
