ziggyiu Posted September 14 Posted September 14 I've been checking here and the socials for any indication for how things went. Can't find anything yet. Hoping the track on his IU IG post was a pleasant hint. Stuhoo 1 Quote

Never has my LinkedIn status with my interviewer mattered for my acceptance of a job offer I'm having a little fun with the fact that his IU IG post features a song with a line about making a decision last night and living with it. You're conflating issues. Me joking about the lyric aside, no one is confusing a young man posting about a visit and the importance NIL factoring into a recruitment. go iu bb, mamasa, J34 and 2 others 5 Quote

go iu bb Posted September 16 Posted September 16 Over on peegs they've been saying for some time that it looks like it's between IU, Michigan, and OSU for Thompson. I would think that the Costello commitment takes UM out of the running. UNC has been trying hard so maybe they'll take Michigan's spot but it would be nice if it's now really between IU and OSU. Or maybe he sees himself more as a wing than a stretch 4 and UM is selling that to him. It would be great to land him, that's for sure. mamasa 1 Quote

I would really like to see this coaching staff land a massive recruit for 2026. If I’m not mistaken a top 10 HS recruit would be the first in a long while? Home Jersey 1 Quote

I’m thinking more of establishing a pipeline of top HS players to straight to IU. Langford sounds about right! Edited October 1 by HoosierDevils ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Bates and Reneau wer top 30ish kids who de-committed elsewhere. The highest rated kid since Langford was Hood-Schifino who was in the 25 range. HoosierDevils 1 Quote

Langford was probably Louisville bound until they got in all that trouble. Muskie plays the four 1 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Looks like we have a new SF visit lined up. I’m guessing that is news on Thompson in a way. Stuhoo 1 Quote
