4) Change the type of players you are recruiting and look at players who actually know how to play the game. Just don't recruit for athletic traits and star ratings.

5) Get a more modern approach to the game on the offensive side of court. Recruit shooters and actually get them good looks and stop putting them in the corners.

If that many things need to happen, why not just eliminate the root of the problem?

Really no traveling in recruiting the portal because it has a mainly through zoom and players might visit. Actt it seems like the short recruiting process is where Woodson actually has done well.

Woodson couldn’t plug a few holes in the portal last offseason. A year later, after a far worse season, he’s somehow going to be able to build an entire roster? LOL. 

Firing Woodson is the answer. Anything short of that is just rearranging chairs on the Titanic.

You have seen this in the NFL a lot where the front office tells the HC for him to keep his job you have to make changes to the staff. The Colts did this to Jim Mora and told him he had to die the DC Vic Fangio but refused. Later Mora was fired 

You are absolutely right... there HAVE to be changes... but this is not a sane situation... we have no one with any common sense in control... I don't know who is seriously protecting him (how high it goes), but what I see is a massive game of EGO CHICKEN.

If he walks away this year I think it does.  If we lose out on a good coach then that will be stuck with him forever.

He didn’t even want to field his own staff. That should’ve been the first red flag.

I heard Woodson and Buckner are going to suit up next year.  They are talking to Whittman, May, Abernathy, and Don Noort to see if they will join them.  Dan Dakich said he wanted to play, but Woodson and Buckner said NO.

 I think there could be a raise involved if Woodson and Buckner can make this happen.

I can't believe Woodson or Dolson will even consider another year of this. I can't imagine how bad next year will be if it goes sideways early. It's really going to be tough to get the annual off season hype train rolling. I wouldn't trust this staff if Michael Jordan himself said he was joining the team to get decent production from him!

To the point. What does Woodson’s age have to do with anything? There is a thing called ageism that could create problems for the university if it ever came to light that being 66 was being used against him 

I also find it really interesting that the football program just hired a 62 year old as the next head coach and that the hire has been met with nothing but excitement. I get it that there’s a 4 year difference but it sure feels like the facts are being skewed to meet the agenda
