Totally agree, they collapse at the first sign of adversity due to being a rudderless ship. They know our system is not constructed in a way that lends itself to comebacks. Sometimes they almost look frustrated at the lack of identity and structure. There’s a good team in these parts, they’ve all just been utterly and completely failed by this coaching staff.

How absolutely obvious is it that we don't prepare properly in the offseason? We are a dysfunctional **** show in our cohesiveness in the first 1/2 of every season it's incredible.

I just don't see Dolson missing this next hire. It's been said on here before and I agree. After the Cig hire and the rise of the football program, this has to be a knock it out of the park hire. Also funny when one of the guys out is a net negative (though maybe a good long-term prospect) who’s replaced by a better player and this is still the excuse
