Yes, that is a major concern but it goes beyond even that. He's also turning it over at a career high rate of 1.7 per game, his rebounding is down, and he's shooting less than 29% from 3.

Johnson's D hasn't been great, his assists are at a career low 0f 2.3 per game (~1/2 of his full season career low from his freshman year), his steals per game are way down(1/4 of his career low rate), and his rebounding is down. A positive is that his turnovers are also way down.
