IDK, maybe because you click on a thread to see new information, and you get 20 pages of the same crap. There's plenty of threads I choose to "avoid", but people playing judge, jury, and executioner on a misdemeanor charge against an 18 year old, is a bit much.

But if new information is all you want, a quick google search shows that.  Message boards are really meant for people to state their position.

Not true. It's actually a 50/50 situation, depending on if the action is warranted. If all charges are dropped, MCSD may have to pay. Many other factors involved. Absolutely no blanket statement.

they had probable cause to arrest him for trespassing and he didn’t exit the vehicle. The resisting dismissal is a non-starter, he won’t see a dime.

And when do you reach a point, where people stating their opinion, turns into slandering or stereotyping. 

People are so worried about how?this situation looks with recruits. Either the pesona of our LEO, or CMW running a loose program, don't you think recruits, players, family or opposing fans, notice how we , as fans, act on here.

No lecture and wasn’t trying to be difficult.  It was an honest question about why people would ask for the thread to end rather than just avoid it if they aren’t receiving from it what they want.

in terms of stereotyping and slander, the mods on this board do a pretty good job of removing posts that are over the line IMO.  
 

in terms of people worried about how this effects recruiting, views of the program…just my opinion, but Alabama doesn’t have problems recruiting despite their problems with guns.
