He isn't hamstrung by anything. Could easily tell Allen and Bell to take a hike tomorrow. He won't. I don't see him telling Allen to take a hike at the end of the season.

A competent AD would have already forced a change at the OC spot, at the very least. Dolson knows no matter how much the football team sucks, Indiana athletic department will continue being a top 20 profitable department. He sees dollar signs coming in and a coach that doesn't cause any problems by not being mean to players. At the very least, if Dolson cared, Bell would be gone by Monday morning.

Most embarrassing win I have ever seen. If he were honest and cared about the program, he would step down. If Dolson had any sense about him, he would pay the $20mm and fire him. Winning in the fourth overtime against Akron is not a win. And no the D did not look good, they looked good against a HS team. It looks s horrible all around. And Akron should have won in regulation. He should be fired and would be anywhere else. Furthermore when Lebowski posts, just because you are the best shitty coach does not mean you are a good coach. IU sucks at football and should not. It is the AD, it is Tom Allen, it is the fans that don’t demand better. Disgusted by this game and disturbed that I keep watching. Screw Tom Allen if he does not step down. He claims he loves his players, the school and the program and is single handedly destroying it.  Wait until we play the BIG 10.
