Rookie and a close game.  Sure it's disappointing but not particuarly surprising.

From Jared Kelly:  Waited a bit to speak with Grace Berger postgame because — get this — she went straight to workout after the game. Came out of the locker room dripping sweat, still in uniform well after the final buzzer. Only Fever player not to get on the court and still a pro's pro.

The Fever suck + injuries = an early chance for Grace to shine.

Hopefully she'll continue to perform well if given the chance. The Fever have been notorious for dumping first round picks very quickly in recent years.

I made a 7-7 version of Grace on 2K. It was hilarious. That is all.

Feels like Grace is gonna be cracking into that starting lineup eventually this year.

The Fever’s starting guards are so inefficient. Grace just had a 5-7 fg, 3 assist, 0 to game in 20 minutes and her efficiency is an ongoing trend, even as a rookie.

Grace Berger is already a completely squared away WNBA player…the least surprising thing ever.

Just watched the Fever-Liberty game. Grace had 5 with 3 assists and the only positive +/- for the Fever in an 11pt loss. Still tentative with some of her decisions, not sure she fully believes she belongs yet, but it’s coming. 
Side note: Breanna Stewart is such a pleasure to watch. Dropped a cool 42/6/6/3/3  on 15-23. She is the WNBA answer to Larry Bird. Her mental processing is just not normal. It’s Bird/Magic/Jason Kidd. Took a pass on the left wing. Saw Ionescu in the right corner with her defender ‘s head turned, but no angle to get it there. Drives it 2 dribbles to the right, moving her own defender just enough, and fires a a diagonal pass between 2 Fever defenders right into Ionescu’s pocket and she splashes the 3. Freaking awesome. She does that stuff all game, every game. What a bada$$.
