Patrick McCaffery ended his career playing 166 games at Iowa.

Didn't even come close to the 1,000 club......scored 740 points in his career and shot 35%.

I guess their big has been injured on and off for a month. Either way they were never going to win it all. Their defense was way too bad.  I still think they’rea good team. Had we not had one of our typical 5min slumps to start the game we could’ve won it.

The Johnettes with a last second bucket beat the 'Lady' Toilets in the first four. Also, the play-in game for IU's opponent is on ESPN2.

I gotta say I do pull for B1G teams in the NCAA for sure against SEC teams. But that’s just me.   But not PURDUE!

Arizona had a strange year.  Beat most of the top teams they played and most of their losses were to mediocre teams.  They were prime first-round upset material.

Mixed results for the Big right now.  Two wins, two losses.  Both losses to the SEC.  SEC sitting at 4-0 right now.

If Maryland and Northwestern want to win one game that’s cool.  Whatever.  As long as Illinois, Iowa, and MSU lose their openers with Purdue not far behind I’m good.  Almost there.

Keep an eye on that PSU TAMU start time if you want an idea of how many coffees to drink tomorrow evening. Same window for us. The game before theirs isn’t at the under-4 yet and tip off is scheduled for 20 minutes from now.

Yeah, while it's disappointing that Maryland and Northwestern won, I dislike Illinois and Iowa more than those teams (close call with Maryland though) so I guess having those 2 be the losers is the best scenario for the B1G being 2-2 now.
