This game is the equivalent of when team USA played the neighborhood kids in Mighty Ducks 2 and got introduced to the knuckle puck. Put a top 10 team in a high school gym full of New Jersey’s finest 1500 fans against a team pulled off Rucker court. That first half is what you get.

I'll just go ahead and say it out loud: Purdue wouldn't look this bad in this game if you removed Braden Smith.

I mean that was a disastrous 1st half but I'm not all that surprised. I'm surprised the defensive rebounding hasn't been a bigger issue prior to this game with the aggressive shot blocking we implement. It's been a bit of an issue for awhile but Pikiell is finally exploiting it. He's a damn good coach and his team is never a group of chumps. Let's see if IU comes out with some adjustments or if Rutgers keeps punking us. I would rather see Bates than Galloway in this game right now.

This was always going to be a tough game. The road in conference usually is. Missing JHS big time. He takes pressure off of XJ keeps him from trying to do to much. TJD needs to play like an All-American in the second half. Also need to play better all around. Need the defense from the UNC game that apparently was left in Bloomington.

It’s not even close to basketball. 
 

watched two games before this, syracuse/ND and then Nova/OK. Didn’t score a ton but those games looked entirely different than this garbage. I love when people ask will this be the year the big ten wins it all? They clearly don’t watch a lot of the games or they would know the answer

We haven’t played anyone. When we played UNC, they killed the offensive glass too.
