Do know one thing -- if Cal did pony up more money than we did, none of that money went to the announcement stream.

Staff needs to figure out how to land players like this.  We could lose a lot after this season, so we have to hope for a very good Spring or next season could be brutal.

In it till the end for #1 pg in class against UK after beating Kansas for back to back 5 stars is solid. Nothing matters until smoke clears in the portal next spring anyway.

We lost a lot this past season and I think we landed on our feet okay.

I hear ya but without that one we wouldn’t have gotten the video of Illinois fans watching and thinking they got him and then slowly watching them realize what just happened.  My guess it was one of Hovas favorite things to watch.    I would post it but I’m pretty sure more than 2 F bombs were dropped.

Might have to get use to it.    Especially if teams continue to be successful doing it.   Arkansas offers everyone in the portal nowadays.   The traditional way of recruiting is basically over.
