Not sure you should equate their play for the game by looking at two plays.

I’ve watched the whole game. The only thing different is that we’re playing a low D1 team with lesser athletes that they’ve blown by for a free buckets that won’t be there against B1G level teams.

I’m surprised some are so impressed by it. Only difference from Weds is the opponent and team. We’re at about 14 turnovers (per the interwebs) with 5min to go. Against Merrimac. A team from the NEC that plays a 2-3 zone.

Merrimack has scored exactly 10 points inside the three point line.  Not sure exactly how many blow bys you're seeing.

It killed us against Wisconsin.

And he took responsibility for that, but this is the type of game he should be able to do that in and it worked!  JG, RP, TB has all played well and gained confidence.  Leal hasn’t looked bad either

Up to 16 turnovers now. Seems like we always find a way to 20 every game.

With all the running they allegedly have to do, track is always an option if this basketball thing doesn't work out.

you misunderstood me. We’ve been blowing by (the lesser athletes of) Merrimac not vice versa.

The problem isn't playing the bench when the game is tight/not decided.  The problem is playing the whole bench then.  I'm fine with the bench getting a lot of time today, just don't understand why we are going through five to six minute stretches in the first half of a semi tight game with them all in.

Worse part of the game…If Leal would have made a layup, instead of pulling it out, I would have nailed IU’s score in the prediction league. Booooo

Booyah!!

Me got it so good to me yay me!    :)

Nice win and they bench did their job!  They extended the lead which is what CMW was trying to get done in todays game.  Mission accomplished and a nice bounce back win!

A couple other things of note:

1) This team is slowly gaining some mental toughness

2) JG, RP, and TB all played well off the bench.  Even Leal played decent!

3) Lander sits behind RP for a reason

It’s his team and we can question it and for good reason but I am confident there is a method to his madness.  In CMW I trust!
