Yikes.  Schrews won just over 23% of his games at IU SB and has a losing record at both PSU and ND and has never finished better than 9th in conference.  There is absolutely nothing on his resume that would suggest he is remotely qualified for the IU job.

He's one of those rare coaches where the won/lost record does not accurately portray the resume.

He's improved every team he's taken over and was the lead bench coach for the Celtics. If ND doesn't improve under his watch? Then I'll reassess. But I would expect they will improve.

Better than no future cast at all.  Hey, at least I respect that more than the guys who wait until an hour before the announcement once everybody else has heard who it is and it's a slam dunk.

Shrewsberry isn't in my top 3 but he is up there.

The W/L record isn't great, but his teams clearly get better over the course of his tenure. He just hasn't been anywhere longer than like 3 years.

true this 100%.  Of course, some will wait till slightly before the announcement to pad their percentage.  Wonder if he has truly any intel making the pick more than 24 hours in advance?  made it at 759am est this morning.

he's 14 for his last 14 on predictions where kids have committed already. Only one's he hasn't officially gotten right are on kids who haven't decided.

He probably heard something good, then posted only for people in the know to reach out to him and tell him he’s wrong. Him removing his pick is worse than having never made one
