I know he interviewed for the UGA job a few years back, so at least we know he's interested in the right opportunity. If the drop leg issues have persisted though, might make for hard decision. If I recall correctly a lot of the criticism of Dolson was that he was a Fred Glass clone except with a stop as a basketball manager. He’s got a chance here to prove those doubters wrong as Glass’s hirings haven’t all worked out obviously, but Fred had no trouble raising money himself I wasn’t one of those critical, just going off memory for those who were. Consider me impressed when the basketball program is turned around - until then I’m cautiously optimistic.

Look at the NBA the past few years. Players have control. Not the GM’s.

Hiring the right guy is a bigger mystery and challenge. I was dead wrong on Glass hiring Allen and Archie, but Dolson needs to knock this one out of the park. Best of luck to him and all of us

Best of luck to him and all of us I made my feelings known when Allen was hired. I didn't have an issue with Allen really, my issue was Glass’s process and not conducting an actual search. Granted, if he did I have no doubts he would've screwed it up. kreigh8 1

I appreciate his highs while also realizing why it was time to move on and how much better things could/should be than “4 good seasons since our current roster’s parents were probably in their teens”.
