He’s a fine coach. He isn’t leaving ucla for Indiana.

Need to start looking at mid major coaches if it’s true we took a big swing on stevens and whiffed. You can’t poach high level guys with the pitch “you were our 3rd choice!”

He might.  Reports are out the UCLA is lacking in the NIL department even being in LA.   He had to go out and raise money for NIL and from reports from not just message boards he wasn’t too happy about it.  If he goes to IU he won’t have to pull teeth to get money.   Buy out seems to be the bigger problem with him

That's a better picture of Mick than what I shared this morning.

Damn, we don't need another king!

USPS I love you dude but stop posting trains. Pick another mass transit option not utilizing boilers and I’ll join you

Does amtrak suffice?

Otzelberger is my number 1 choice out of everyone and that includes the white whale

May and McDermott are right behind him.    I’ve been drooling over his offense at Creighton for a couple years now in the college basketball thread anytime they played.  Called it must see TV.   He is just a really good college basketball coach.  He lost players to the portal after an Elite 8 run nembhard and Kaluma   and the next year competed in the Big East again and made a sweet 16.   Baylor S (not attempted to spell it ) graduated and they are plugging kids in and they are position to compete again.   My problem is people saying IU is in position to tell a coach with his resume thanks but no thanks we can do better.   I would figure after the years they have watched they would at least give someone like that a chance.

Otz is a grand slam. McDermott would do very well here. Always wondered why he never ended up with a premier job.

I meant to respond to you earlier, but McDermott would be a triple in my opinion or maybe even an inside the park home run. He’d win a ton here. I hope Dolson kicks the tires on him.

He’s in his 60’s. No way he makes it on an inside the park Homer. Oxygen at third base maybe
