Hornsby Posted February 14 Posted February 14 This will not go over well but Jim coyle was saying the name he hears most from listeners is Beard. He said he won a poll they did on hoosier.com as well. He isn't coming so nobody needs tp go crazy about this but I think he has more support than some on here think he could ever get for being the next coach.Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk

So I was meaning would we be in first place too with so many uncoachable kids Not sure if I understood the question. But, speculating here, I doubt that the players are unable to learn from a good bunch of coaches. They all have strengths and weaknesses. Use that. Don't toss them under the bus because of a lack of direction...and mentoring. At times, they are like the Lord of the Flies. Other times...they can beat Captain Hook. They needed help and didn't get it. IvanRenkosillegitimatechild and tkbbn 2

I also believe he would win big time here, as I think many do. Of course he will win a poll haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pagoda and thebigweave 2

He's finalizing the response to Dolson's offer. And working on his acceptance speech. It starts with: Two score and seven years ago, The General brought forth upon Indiana University an undefeated team. It is about time to bring that back, dust it off and get another. The first in a series! Let's play some great basketball and hang some National Championship banners! Who is with me? Note: He says nothing about getting over a hump. Ryno6284, IUHAHN81 and P92 3

I never felt inclined to post on Peegs because it was just a weird group. It was full of trolling Purdue fans, and every IU fan would respond to trolls with comments like "5 banners, nuff said" or "win some banners then get back to us." It was always banners, banners, banners with them. I am surprised to hear it's basically unmoderated now. Back in the day it was ruled with an iron fist, and you were looking at a lifetime ban if you criticized Bill Lynch in any way. The Purdue board (GBI) was an unmoderated sh*thole and probably still is. Hornsby and schoosier 2

The basketball forum is a war zone — fights, trolls, etc. Part of the issue is there is a political forum full of crappy nonstop arguments and the animosity spills over into other forums. It’s an even weirder place post-Peegs.

Wasn’t bad at first, but once Pegram left, it’s all went to ****. The only reason I still have Peegs is because my children live off paramount+ and it comes with Peegs subscription. I’m basically rolling with this place and discord now. I’m over at HSN too but usually on check it every so often. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

But even our 1987 banner was old by that time.Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk
