No I am way to busy, I just pop up on these boards once in awhile. I will DM you if I get any info and you can spread the word. Few years ago I had Trey Kaufmann going to purdue 1 day before Rabs knew- because it was leaked by their AD accidentally. Well I posted it and Rabs banned me after I went off on him. So I refuse to post on peegs anymore.

DM me anytime I will share what I know but you probably have the same info.

Pretty Weak hot board. Stevens/May/Drew those are the three the tea leaves are swaying per their hot board. Beard is up there but clearly up there for talking points, they do not think he has a shot.

I have a friend who was in Drew wedding party (30 years ago), I will reach out to soon see if he has any interest in the IU job. Last time with Kentucky his wife said absolutely not. They are big into Church etc. and Kentucky did not offer that type of environment that Baylor did and they did not want to move their children... I do not see how Indiana is any different.

Well, most of us have full sets of teeth, which in and of itself makes us better that Kentucky.

Crean was able to win 2 B1G titles and 3 sweet 16's while he was here. Also, there's a direct comparison between the two, because they both coached Marquette. Williams went farther more consistently in the tournament than Crean did.

Really makes me wonder how Crean would've done in the NIL era with IU's big pockets and maybe like a realllly good personal assistant or two to keep the chaos at a minimum and everything organized well. Wonder if he'll ever coach again??

Goode and Tucker are the only guys with potential eligibility I’d even want back next year. Excited for a completely new roster next season

I'm not sold on Tucker. He takes a lot of bad shots. With that said, he's only a freshman and with proper coaching, he might prove himself to be an asset. I'd like Mgbako to stay too. Most coaches would have him play in his natural position - a 4. I think he could have a breakout season with right coaching.

Someone who I am ready to move on - and it may be unpopular - but that's Reneau...I just don't think he plays winning basketball.

Nice insight there

But we could be upgrading really high. Someone needs to explain to Brad that Izzo is almost ready to retire. He's going to be the face of the Big Ten for years to come.

I know I know, people just seem to be getting restless and thought they needed a reminder

Michigan is going to say they are working on an extension for may to keep chatter down more to keep the noise silent for the players. May has already told Michigan that he isn't interested in contract talk until season end, could that change? sure, but right now nothing is in the works for may contract wise.

With that being said, brad is still the guy. He is the guy until he's not by his doing. Happy search season everyone!

Thanks for the info. If I’m tracking, Brad is plan A, May is plan B or beyond. May has all the leverage in the world to negotiate with Michigan right now but he will not do that because he wants to roll the dice in the chance that interest and focus from IU falls to him?

is that realistic?

I'm thinking we can go higher than Michigan and more years if he waits and of course, we miss on option 1.

I know that Rabjohns is typically more vague and guarded, partially because he has to be but also because it pays to keep people coming back for more, but what has his vibe been about Stevens this time?

question for the peegsters I guess but just wondering if he is hearing the same things our insiders are, or if he is giving them and weight.
