because he had it handed to him on a silver platter.  And instead of grinding his way thru and committing 100% to the job, he loafed it.  Then started blaming the fans.  He did it to himself.

Woodson? Agree. As for hiring him, we went after a long shot that had a very low probability of success, we went to Plan B and, with that in hand, thought we were finished. When he backed away, we were hasty, overly sentimental and willing to talk ourselves into something that proved to be too optimistic.

Care to elaborate on what they are doing different this time to ensure we don't get another woodson or Brownell?
