At just 6'11 Burgess would probably be their PG.

Thinking a year ahead about recruiting. If Mgbako, Reneau both come back + Mcneeley I can’t see a world where Banks doesn’t hit the portal. I hope it doesn’t happen, he will be a top level player as an upperclassmen. Only hope is trusting Coach Woodson’s words, “get old and stay old”

So Rabby is confirming that Davis does, in fact, have an offer?

I've not seen any of the 'pros' acknowledge that an actual offer has been made.  If Woody likes what he sees I would expect an offer announcement very quickly.

I don't think Mgbako returning is highly likely. Hope Banks gets his time to shine, he could be a stud upperclassman if he keeps progessing/getting more consistent.

We should consider Jalen Blackmon.  Kid can flat out shoot the ball.  46% from 3 on HIGH volume and 96% from FT.  23.3 PPG. I know the athelticism and maybe defense is a minus but man, we gotta at least consider him.

I might not care. He can shoot it at an unreal clip. Defense can be taught and encouraged, to a degree.

He’s listed at 6’3”. Great family. Although, im not sure they care much for Crean.

Interesting prospect in my opinion.

I'd love to see him finish out his career in Bloomington if he does become an option.  He's already transferred once though having started at Grand Canyon so that could come into play.

On his radio show tonight Woody said he would be on the road recruiting tomorrow and then specifically said it would be for the '24 class.  I've not heard any new '24 names mentioned in the last few weeks so I'm thinking it's Daquan Davis.  Purely a guess on my part.

Imagine you’re right since Davis has said he’s ready to start setting visits. Montverde is home now for a while and don’t play again until, I believe, Thursday. So there may be a Queen checkin as well.

It’s probably safe to assume that if he doesn’t have an offer today he isn’t getting one. From a distance and based purely on his game, I absolutely hope they offer.

I can't recall.  If indeed the visit is to watch Daquan Davis, would this be Woody's first time of personally watching or did he watch an OTE game earlier and it wasn't one of Davis' better games?

He may have seen him twice. He saw 1 game which I think you’re right was not 1 of his good ones and I’ve got it in my head that he was with Ya at the OTE open workout event a couple of months ago, but I might be wrong about that.

In an ideal world where MM comes back I would put him at the 4.

If we get Queen I would have him backup Reneau and would play them together a little but not the whole game. We need to find a PG or hope Cupps back a huge jump before next year. We have to go out a get another knock down shoot to play at the 2
