JerryYeagley23 Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 What is the pack line defense intended to prevent exactly? Quote
DLG3 Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Just turned it on. 13 points in the first 12 minutes. Yup, seems right. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
rcbowla Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 So hard to watch this. No flow or spacing on offense what so ever. Just garbageSent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk Quote
Demo Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Brunk pump fakes on a 6’5” guy. Jesus. IUfan_Charlie 1 Quote
VO5 Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Brunk missed a wide open layup and our PG dribbles off his foot. Middle school stuff. You just can’t make it up JaybobHoosier 1 Quote

Either these players can't defend how you're supposed to or the coaches aren't able to teach it. Don't know the percentages but its definitely a mix of both. pumpfake 1 Quote
LamarCheeks Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Can Joey dunk? I'm sorta being serious here ... After getting that pass from Justin, that's an easy slam. Well, for anybody else who's 6-11. Quote
pumpfake Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 We have multiple shortcomings as a team, but across the board our inability to make shots is so poor that I'm not sure we'd win many games if we cleaned the other problems up. IUfan_Charlie 1 Quote
cbp4iu Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Archie needs to hit the transfer portal for 3 shooters next year. 1 of those guys need to be able to dribble FloridaHoosierGirl 1 Quote
NOLA Hoosier Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 So it goes Ohio State, Purdue, IU, Nebraska, Northwestern in that order to round out the bottom 5. Quote
Magnanimous Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Brunk is playing like Tom Pritchard in the post today. Quote

VO5 Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 I’m out. No fire, no leadership, no heart. As a player, how do you not get fed up with it. Not worth my time Quote

Every place I've seen it, their bigs aren't hedging clear out to halfcourt and having to sprint back to the block. That continuously leads to open threes in the corner and on the wings. I have no idea why our staff can't see that. LIHoosier and DChoosier 2 Quote
Hovadipo Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 I’m about done getting excited/making time to watch this. Not just because we’re playing bad, but the style of basketball played throughout the conference is just atrocious largely thanks to the officiating. No freedom of movement = rock fights. It’s officiated like a middle school game where the refs desperately want to get home to Karen’s meatloaf. Just sucks to watch.
