Great pickup and I believe he starts from day 1; see Miller Kopp rule and main reason he committed to us. Banks starts at the 3 with Reneau at 5 and Galloway & X at guards. Geronimo and whomever else from portal off the bench first for bigs along with the two freshmen guards. I think Tamar left as Banks becomes a more valuable piece to the puzzle. I believe he is a bench piece.  I can’t see him starting.

IU Really needs the last part...I'm not sure they've had many gym rats over the last decade. I'm excited for Payton. I know he will have an impact the next few years! That being said, staff still has unfinished business in the portal.

Not many. Michigan States big guys seem to roll out of bed, someone calls them Brad, and they go out and make plays. Besides that….That’s the hope, for sure. Solid backup that might have advantages over certain starters.

Now let’s see who is the starting 5 and see where ours stacks up to the other starters.

Because I don’t think Sparks wants Edey, Omuirri, or Reese. But maybe he does.
