It's not a particularly impressive non-conference schedule. There should be at least one non-conference game against a top 25 opponent. That's clearly lacking this year. There's no reason why IU shouldn't go through November and December with no more than one or two losses.

Good. Our NET will likely be tournament eligible every year thanks to the B1G schedule. We need to amass wins.

9-2 Non-con, 11-9 conference 

That's the minimum for being a tourney team. Anything beyond that is icing on the NCAA seeding cake.

Non-conference schedule has two neutral-site games and no road games. 

After eight straight home games to open the season, I have a feeling we're gonna be in for a rude awakening when we head to Madison in early December. Heck, even if we go to Evansville or Terre Haute or some Illinois directional school, I'd rather have our feet wet with at least one road game before playing Bucky.

Those last four non-con games all seem like toss-ups to me. And we usually find a way to lose one we are not supposed to in the non-con. With this being a younger team, I wouldn't be surprised to be in a tight game with a Princeton or SDSU. I think best case is 2 losses (Wisky, Fla St)

I think we see a safer schedule this year due to our results from last year. We play it safe and we'll keep the fan base from exploding. 

I fully expect us to have a tougher schedule next year as we bring in more talent and get these guys more experience.

if this team can get and STAY healthy, it can be a good team. Our front court has a chance to be one of the better frontcourts in the country. Race Thompson and Jerome Hunter are major X-Factors.

Just think if Hunter and Smith can handle the 3 spot, then we have Davis and Brunk at the 5, with Trayce and Race at the 4. That’s a heck of a 3-5 combo. If Demezi and Armaan can be good players off the bench, this team could be special. I don’t mean NCAA championship special, but get a couple wins in the tourney if all goes right.

Marquette's closed-door scrimmage this season will be Oct. 20 vs. Indiana. #mubb had played Northwestern the last two seasons. Location of #iubb scrimmage TBA, though it won't be in Milwaukee.

Indiana's only men's hoop exhibition game was announced today. IU will host Gannon on Tuesday, October 29. tip at 7:00 pm at Assembly Hall.

YouTube TV has B1G network, FS1 and ESPN. Never had an issue streaming any IU game with it.

One warning. The combo of Internet and YoutubeTV is up to $120 a month. I know because I have it. I am not complaining and I like having my TV everywhere I go, but just be aware that these Internet Cable TV's are getting as expensive as regular cable when combined with internet.
