Evan Fitzner to IU

Fitzner addresses two needs: shooting and another big. If he can come off the bench and give 15-20 mpg while shooting 40+% from deep, and defend well he'll be a fantastic addition.

I'm not counting Davis until he is back and healthy. We have Morgan as our lone big that has seen any meaningful action. We all hope Thompson, Moore, and Forrester can provide something but having a grad transfer that can get minutes while the others develop will be important.

Me too...just wondering if juwan hasn't heard anything from scouts and archie is trying to get someone in to replace him. I hope juwan gets the opportunity to go to the NBA but for selfish reasons I hope that is after this year lol!

According to Rabby he expected to decide in the next 48-72 hours. If he wants to come to IU they will take him so it sounds like he does in fact have an offer.

Me too...just wondering if juwan hasn't heard anything from scouts and archie is trying to get someone in to replace him. I hope juwan gets the opportunity to go to the NBA but for selfish reasons I hope that is after this year lol! 

I really don't think Romeo would come if juwaun was going pro. That's my opinion.

UC-Santa Barbara. Rabby said he is trying to decide if he wants to be the man on a mid major or a contributor on a really good team. He’s from California so I’d imagine that’s a hard decision.

I did 1 single summer school session there. (brother was going there at the time)  NO IDEA WHY I CAME BACK TO INDIANA.  Oh yeah, I love my Hoosiers!

Not sure if this relates to Fitzner or one of the '19 kids but Peegs said today that their team is in Nashville and that the odds of a hoops commitment always increase when he leaves Indiana. He followed that up by saying he wasn't promising anything.

I doubt he needed it, but I am sure having the restaurant go nuts when Romeo committed helped him feel the power of IU.  Another great touch by Archie and staff!

I really like this pick up. Archie is determined to never have another season like last year.
