In a battle of future IU teammates, Center Grove rallied in the 4thQ to defeat Indpls. Cathedral 63-60.  Armaan Franklin 13 pts. and 9 reb in the loss.  TJD with 21 pts. and 12 reb.   But the real winner yesterday was IU.

Wasn’t Newman supposed to be the better shooter of the two? Seems like Armaan is making 4 or more threes every game. I was just watching some videos from his high school season and his jumper looks great. Is this a new development? 

Franklin also looks long and athletic. I think this kid is underrated.

Cathedral wins  78-54.  Franklin finished with 32 points on 14-21 shooting from the field.

After watching the Zionsville-Valpo game & the Cathedral-Castle game, Franklin is significantly better than Newman, in my opinion. Much bigger as well. Glad he’s going to be a Hoosier.
