In this case I don't get why people are getting their hopes up with Donovan. With the Donovan rumors, not many people have said anything about those. They don't really have moveable assets to make trades. They won't be drafting in the lottery so the pick they get could help but it's probably not going to be a star. Agree that OKC isn't exactly LA, but until this season, OKC hasn't really needed to be a major free agent destination because they drafted so well. They were right on the verge for a couple seasons and had their opportunities. I just don't see Donovan giving up and bolting after one halfway decent season.. I really hope I'm wrong, but I don't think there is any president for that type of move. Quote

With Pickens deep pockets the AD may decide to hire a name coach and give him a decent contract.
