Archie had been talked about but never was a reality for me. He's not the worst but imo certainly not the best. I just hope we didn't rush into this decision. Most especially I hope that we didn't miss out on Billy and end up seeing him on the sidelines at UofL. I guess we just have to hope for the best. This is how it SHOULD be, so therefore it's correct. No program; and especially IU is going to offer a coach a 3 year deal. That's just dumb. Sorry, but it is. Tom Crean had 3 years left on his deal; and was reaching a point of either cut him or extend him. A 3 year deal simply is not the way of the world.
