A few weeks ago he threw the players under the bus, backed over them, put it in drive and ran over them again; right before saying he wasn't shaking responsibility.

Just because we've had the worst D in the country doesn't mean we should go get the most defensive minded coach in basketball. I'd like IU to score in the 70s and 80s and win stuff. Didn't know we were aiming to be the next Wisconsin.

For craps and giggles I checked out the old Scout board which is now Peegs, and they have their own Fire Tom Crean thread...however theirs only has 16 replies...total.  Lol, they have a lot catching up to do.

UofL fans have a bias towards IU. They are closet haters. UK fans are more open about their loathe for IU.

Strongly disagree! Radio personalties are not big IU fans because their bread and butter is UofL and pUKe. Most everyday UofL fans don't hate IU. They loathe UK though.

I wouldn't call him terrible, but I don't think he's as great as some make him out to be either. His coaching hires have been questionable at best

He would be better than Wisconsin.  He already has better athletes at Virginia.  Averaging 70-75 points per game isn't so bad when you hold your opponents to 55.

Glass has had a couple good hires imo. Curt Miller was a slam dunk , just didn't pan out. I believe Tom Allen will be a great turnout for us.

The only problems I really have are the extensions. The extension to Wilson was a little questionable. Tom's extension was too damn long.

It's not 1963 and it's not the NFL. Defense doesn't win championships. Talent and balance seem to be a winning formula though.

IU's a good school (I go to it) but it's not on the same level as UVA. The lower admission requirements would allow Bennett to go after kids he isn't able to go after now. Whether he would do so is another story.

Wisconsin beat the unbeatable UK team and played in the NC like 3 years ago. Yes I will take that.

Actually, Bennett has had his offense in the top 20 in efficiency. Just like Wisconsin, when he has the horses he will cut them loose. Bo Ryan just went to 2 final Fours and played for a national championship. To be honest, Wisconsin in many ways became the old Indiana. Id be exstatic with Bennett.

Wrong. No team ranked outside the top 21 in defensive efficiency has won a NCAA title.
