Iin Phoenix, you just have to make do and suffer through. Given a choice, there's no question... Indiana style

I didn't even realize Indiana did strombolis different until a few years ago when I was craving one. Looked all around and at first was like "What's this? That's not a strom." Then I realized that Indiana is where they're different. Still haven't found one here, only normal.

There is a place where you can get the large tenderloin sandwich. Hoosier Cafe in Chandler. No strom though.

AP drops us to No. 6.

TBH -- I'm fine with that.

UCLA is now the top-ranked B1G team. They're kinda like us a couple years ago -- riding momentum of a new coach from JMU, and cleaning up on a relatively easy schedule.

Utah thanking Meat chicken for taking Whittingham off their hands. LOL.

Navy is horrible, Rutgers level bad this season. Beating them shouldn't move the bar at all. I get we haven't been blowing teams out, but what did ND do to warrant being above us yesterda. Not to mention ND looked lost for half a football game against a far worse opponent

The drop is not surprising. We are tied for second in B1G. Yes UCLA has no good wins but they keep winning and likely if OSU drops another and we win out we will face an undefeated UCLA in Indy.

UCLA is still below us. ND moved above us. So did Utah, but sure whatever for them. Don't see how struggling for a half a game against Navy warrants moving up in the rankings

It is a weird poll but won't matter in a week. ND beats Miami = they have a better win than us and will (deservedly) stay ahead. ND loses to Miami = they lost to both teams with a pulse and will fall.

Sure. But also screw ND. One of the teams I can't stand. Bunch of whiny little babies every year

Here's the reason ND moved above us.

Next week, they get No. 1 Miami at No. 4 Notre Dame -- a nearly exact reprisal of the Catholics vs. Convicts game.

Only difference is ND has a loss. Both were unbeaten in '88. LOL.

This plus they are a big brand and we have looked pedestrian for the last 4 games. Our performance yesterday gave the voters every reason needed. ND played Navy but at least pulled away in that game. UCLA dominated Nevada with their backup QB. Do I think either ND or UCLA will dominate anyone in the CFP? No I do not. I don’t think ND wins against Miami at home next weekend unless the refs help them along.

Doubling down on TV matchups, watch the CFP committee put BYU in top 5 as well. 2 top 5 matchups in 1 week, an advertiser's dream.

We’re 31st in the country in SOS. Better than Georgia, Utah, UCLA, and many other schools. There’s just an enormous anti-Big 10 bias in the AP poll, and the blowhard analysts can’t get over our OOC schedule. A win over a 5-2 Minnesota coming off a ranked win over Iowa would be a gritty win if you just swapped the conference logo. But whatever. Just keep winning.

Norvell out at FSU ...

I know FSU has been mostly trash recently and Haines said he is happy as DC, but this is one job I might be a little nervous about if he has any desire to move to HC position soon.

I think Deion has also coached himself out of being a candidate for this one.
