KelleyHoosh Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Positive take: OG played well. We didn't have RoJo. I still think this team can pick itself up come the real tourney and rally behind Yogi FortWayneHoosier 1 Quote
OliviaPope40 Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 I knew it would be close from the moment we started the first half. Quote

Alford Bailey Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Unbelievable, again. So Glad I didnt pay $$ to see that. Too many mistakes to shoot our way out of today. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Bright side. This saves us from Purdue embarrassing us. That would of been worse. GloryDays, colonel06 and Alford Bailey 3 Quote
TheWatShot Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 My mom, who knows nothing about basketball, called me afterward wanting answers for what happened. I hate this so much. Alford Bailey 1 Quote
ThompsonHoosier Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 If anything, I guess losing gets the guys a little more focused for the real tournament! I was starting to think that they were getting a little too confident thinking they could shoot lights out every time and beat anyone. Time to focus, get some rest, and get ready for the real thing! bleedhoosier Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 U have to take care of business early.. if u dont, u leave the game in the NCAA'S hands over and over. What happens next. Exactly what the refs are trained to do. Create drama. Change play calls, phantom fouls.. always in favor of the team that is down. Basketball is crazy.. Refs ensure there is plenty of drama. Ratings fellas. It's almost disgusting when u start paying attention to it. It's much easier to digest when it's not your team playing. colonel06 Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 He can but he still made frosh mistakes that cost us some points and gave up some points. I'm confident he will learn and be better. That 3D OG TO with 40 sec. was crucial if not the game! Quote
Trish Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Are we all going to ignore the fact that Michigan had the perfect game plan? -Forced us to play half-court offense. -Stopped us on transition -Lost our guys on defense with constant ball screens. If i'm playing IU next Thursday/Friday, im doing the above ^. Quote
FortWayneHoosier Posted March 11, 2016 Author Posted March 11, 2016 You should never leave a corner shooter in that situation. did it against iowa and we got really lucky...... We can rest up for the real thing and get ready....things are gonna go really sour if we lose early in the big dance Quote

TheWatShot Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Not a big fan. I wish a 300 pound center would "accidentally" fall on him during a game. Might nudge him closer to retirement. Quote
coonhounds Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Everybody put down the booze and back away from the ledge.lol. No way I am going to get off here but I am ready to drink and I may jump off the ledge if these guys fail again next week. What a kick to the face Quote
