It seems like a matter of time at this point. Given that Garland is likely to commit within the next month any new nugget of info will be closely scrutinized.

Lol you might want to stay off of the internet for that month then. Because he will probably commit to multiple schools over the next month according to rumors.

MD is right. Darius and Romeo will be "committing" everytime they visit a school. Said school will have plenty of rumors floating by fans and some even by writers. Twitter is full of articles that can get clicks. Each school in on these kids I have read at least one article of why they're coming there and not the other schools.

I do think a good visit could make Garland pop more so than Romeo. Garland seems ready to commit IMO. Hopefully he hold off for 2 more weeks.

If we get Romeo and not Garland, I wouldn’t be surprised if we go with 2 combo type guards with Romeo being the main ball handler.

I also find it highly unlikely for Garland to commit now before his IU visit. If he was going to commit to Vandy he would have done it right after his visit there.

I'd prefer Romeo to focus on scoring and defending. If we get Garland he can rub point and if not let's see what Green or Durham can do.

Hard to get a read on where he stands based on that interview. 

I can read that he plans on making his OV visits and talk of him committing to Vandy before he makes it on campus might of been wrong

Would love to have him but I have a gut feeling we get Romeo and he goes to Vandy or UK. It's really hard to get a read on this one and the article doesn't provide any clarity.

I’m of the opinion that Garland is the most important recruit out of all 2018 AND 2019 targets. 

With Garland, we have a stud PG for 2+ years. I think he guarantees that Romeo  can focus on scoring and solidifies his commitment, and ensures 2019 wings and forwards they will have a premiere ballhandler when they join.

For those arguing Romeo is a must get, or about who are the must gets in 2019, Garland is a great option to help your opinions become reality.
