Crean couldn’t seal the deal with most top recruits. Archie is the only reason IU is in the position it is with Garland and Romeo

Yes, but if you were to objectively look back at Crean and his time here, he was in a similar situation as well, There are numerous examples of Crean getting us in deep and to the end with a lot of huge recruits... Crean didn't win many of those and until Romeo and garland sign, Archie hasn't either.

I believe Archie will get better results but just want to point out that we have been in this type of situation numerous times over the Crean era

I didn’t ask you to, but I am saying stop promoting another site. The fact that the info isn’t really premium worthy has nothing to do with it, but trying to drive members to another site by posting mysterious posts that indicates what they’re posting is something important isn’t going to happen.

Before I say anything else, I will say this, everyone be thankful for this board. I went to other boards today thinking of joining another one and it was horrible. Seriously. This board has the same insiders, knowledgeable posters, great mix of guys and is free. Best board period.

To add to Choppy, last week when I said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday that as we have all seen is when he plans on sittinf down with the family. It isn't something they will rush right after discussing. Wednesday could be the day, but I wouldn't place any bets on it. It will be verrrrry soon though and I may actually switch my tomrrow or wednesday to this weekend. If he really is that torn, his family wont talk and immediately decide after. The sooner the better tho.

I would be surprised if it’s by this weekend. Soon after, yes, but I bet he will have a set announcement date sometime next week. No insider information. Just for some reason with all the sports on the weekend, I could see him waiting until Monday to announce.
