I don't think the McDonald's game is an indicator one way or the other. As has been mentioned several times by people, this is about family and brand. His entire family will be there, and the McDonald's game is best for his brand. IU is also best for his brand. It adds up.

Just seems likely. They are oversigned by one with Billy Preston leaving. Transfers happen, but I'm leaning towards IU/Vandy

I'm wondering if they have a shot at Montgomery.  The Vandy fans think they're going to land him and a couple guys on Rupp Rafters who live in Nashville said that Garland got to him during the Italy trip over the summer and has been working him to Vandy ever since.  Most think he's Duke bound though.

So garland is single handedly swaying 2 to 3 5 star players to a trash basketball school? These guys could go anywhere they want. I've never heard of such a thing and boy are these vandy fans arrogant. They think they are this 5 star destination now.

Here's another kid they're trying to reclassify to 2018. Blake Hinson (6'7" 230lbs PF from Bel Aire, KS) is currently ranked 134 in 247 Composite.

This is a one time deal for drew. His recruiting will go to crap after this year. At this point it would be kind of funny if Romeo and Montgomery go elsewhere and the AD is stuck at vandy with shittu and his bad knee.

I know I got a good laugh from it. I know one thing from following recruiting over the years. If you (being Vandy in this case) start puting a player in the rotation then you’re really setting yourself up for a letdown. Just my opinion
