Using the IU fanbase to draw attention to his announcement and then committing to another school in front of them would be the ultimate Dick move and squander any goodwill he had built up. That would be the dumbest thing he could do.

He would want to stay away from the state for awhile. It would make no sense.

To be fair, he responded to one of his IU-trolling tweets with:

"I still stand by the statement that I pick Vandy if I am him. However, I would predict an IU commitment at this point. I just think that is a 100 percent recent decision"

Which still makes him an IU hater, but a semi-realist of the outcome.
