In all fairness to those that are stating an opinion that things are not looking good, they can base that off of some real updates, Shittu being the most recent.

There has been a real feeling, also stated by Yogi that seems to be close to the situation that Romeo and garland wanted to play together and garland going to vandy means Romeo to vandy if that is true.

Many have also stated that Romeo wants to play for a contender and while I don't think that vandy will be, adding Shittu is a big push in that direction.

Then, there are also he many vandy insiders and recruiting gurus that have shifted to saying Romeo is a vandy lean and there you have it.

Please, by all means, bring some new and IU positive news here to the thread, it just doesn't appear to be much if any momentum here lately.

There are a few romeo is a lock to IU voices that have been saying that 100 times a day here and then a few in the opposite direction, both can't be right

I see on thanksgiving the day to be thankful for what we have most are choosing to be sad over the possibility of losing a recruit. Lets get real dude was going to hooker u to play for slick rick. Am i i the minority that is not heart broken if our program is not up to his standards? Then you add the fact all could be over reacting and we can still get him. Chill out guys lol. Heard it from a source today that if Indiana continues to improve this year Romeo will be at IU. The source also said that if Duke were to contact and make a push he would go to Duke. Not going to put the source on here. If you PM me I'll tell my source

I admitted that I was wrong at times but the last week or so I said I was hearing IU but that didn't mean it was a done deal. You would have had a hard time finding anyone that said different then.

Since that’s the case I sure hope we stop wasting time and resources. I also hope Archie is smart enough to realize that is what is happening and he moves on to realistic recruits we don’t have to pay. I sure would have thought the current fear in the landscape from the FBI would deter that from the majority, but I choose moral high ground over the fear of persecution.
