I've contemplated wearing my candy-stripes to the Rutgers game in NJ.  lol

 I feel like a brave man wearing my IU gear to the local Walmart down here in Southern IN.Waves of inbred Ky and Lou fans.

How much worse could Jersey be?

I'd wear my running shoes though.

Probably so since they were picked top 4 in the league.We should have beat them in Bloomington last year but lost it down the stretch.That along with the Penn St game was one of the biggest letdowns of the season for me.

I wouldn't worry too much. That game will look like a Northwestern game in that the crowd will be 2/3 IU alums along with maybe 1,000 boisterous Rutgers students.

Yes...Nebraska has a reasonably rational basketball message board. I just stopped by there, and found this post which claims direct knowledge of the Crean/Miles kerfuffle, and ends with a nice assessment of our Hoosiers. Enjoy:
