Stan and Troy

Curious to hear what others opinions are on the two. I personally think Troy is selfish and plays way to fast. Stan has serious turnover problems.

Troy and Stans TOs and erratic play were a huge reason we didn't keep it closer tonight and I don't think there is any debate in that. Extremely disappointed with those two. Everyone else seemed to play OK and at least put up a fight

Watching Troy try to get paid royally P's me O. It's obvious, annoying, and unacceptable. Like PG said, I expected a jump from these 2, but especially Troy. If anything, I'm seeing regression. Hope we get Bryant...

Stan played better in the 2nd half, but his bad plays are awful, same as Troy. Like others, I expected a lot more out of them this year. Like one poster said, only Colin really gets it on this team. It's sad when a guy is just removed from ACL surgery, and is out hustling and playing these two.

According to the box score Troy only had 3 turnovers but he definitely had many more than that. His problem is that he tried to finish in traffic and he honestly can. He gets the ball and tries to take it the length of the court and throws up some crazy shot. Stan's problem is that besides driving the ball, he can't do much else. He can really handle the ball too well, he can't seem to finish at the rim, he can't shoot. Heck I haven't even been impressed by his D this year. Stan kind of seems to have Jeremy Hollowell syndrome. His body language just looks like he doesn't care that much. On a team filled with freshman we really need these two to step up and so far they haven't at all.

Of course, no matter what happens , when we lose, he gets the blame. If we win , he never gets credit though. Its gotten old

I love Troy's energy but he won't reach another level of play until he plays under control.

 

Stan just seems off and I think he is serving part of his punishment.
