woodenshoemanHoosierfan Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 For your reading pleasure, I give you the Illinois message board, starting at halftime. I recommend starting with post that states ”Let’s go fellas!!! We’re 20 minutes away from a final 4 berth and it’s there for the taking!! https://www.illinoisloyalty.com/post/game-thread-illinois-vs-uconn.34192/page-24Typical Iwhini fans. Demo Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Aaron Estrada needs to pay me to never watch him. I know he’s a good player and yet the half dozen or so Bama games I’ve watched this year I’ve never seen him good. Quote

After U Conn had gotten the run to 30-0, he posted "this team is rattled". Ya think? Quote
Uspshoosier Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 That sequence was fun. 5 straight threes. 2 by Clemson and 3 by Bama. Demo, Schreckbagger and FortWayneHoosier 3 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Wasn't much of a push by Girard before the time out, but he did push him and then immediately went over and stood over him and said something. Quote
Demo Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I swear, every time I watch Mark Sears and sit here and mumble to myself about how that is the EXACT player Woody needs to find and then remember that he started out at Ohio U, I’m unsure whether to be annoyed that he’s not in Bloomington or encouraged that he can, in fact, be found. Do you think Sears would be anywhere nearly as effective in Woody’s current offense? I don’t. We have two choices: 1) Substantially alter the offense, or 2) Bring in a guy like Perkins at the point, because Perkins gets going downhill, defends, and is a really good fit for what Woody currently runs. (and no Gallo shouldn’t be coming off the bench nor will he as a 5th year senior for Mike Woodson). Gallo needs to play the point. Connor Hickman is at the top of my wish list. Quote

Wasn't Hickman suppose to visit IU this weekend. I see nothing on twitter that says that or how his visit went if there was one. Trey Galloway as IU’s starting point guard is waving the white flag of surrender before the season starts. And I’m a Galloway 25+ mpg fan. sweetpain, HoosierHoopster, thebigweave and 3 others 6 Quote
