johnsoniu Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Bruins were up 16 with 12 to play. Never should have been in a position to let the refs decide it go iu bb 1 Quote

Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Yeah, I don't know what the point of replay in the last two minutes when it's used to determine which team has possession on a ball that goes out of bounds when replay clearly shows the foul on a player scrapping the other's play arm and forcing it out. On the next play with UNC with the ball, though, there was a clear foul on UCLA well before the eventual shooting foul that the refs didn't call, so UCLA got bailed out only to foul anyway. Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Auburn with the first 6 points to start the second half. Auburn 47, Purdue 26. Quote
Jeff Flabjohns Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 SEC might have the top five teams in the country Quote
TheWatShot Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 I get way more enjoyment than I should from watching Braden Smith try to shake and bake against a vastly superior athlete, getting stripped, and watching the opponent get a highlight reel dunk in transition. str8baller, Jeff Flabjohns, tkbbn and 2 others 3 2 Quote
TheWatShot Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Also too much enjoyment from seeing Fletcher Loyer look like a grumpy elf slamming the ball down in frustration after the vastly superior athlete guarding him locked him up and forced him to drag his pivot foot. cybergates 1 Quote

TheWatShot Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Auburn is absolutely fantastic. I could easily see them winning it all. If Pearl ever coached here and had anything close to this, we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. They just had a kid diving out of bounds to save a loose ball...up by 29. Defensively, they've wrecked just about everything Purdue has tried to run. 5+ minutes without a point for the Boilers, guys are leaving their feet with nowhere to go, just looking broken. And Purdue has a top 10 Kenpom offense. 72-39 now, lol. cybergates, J34, gfeltner28 and 1 other 4 Quote

But a fun watch. You all know how much I like Sandfort from last year. OSU is a confusing team. They’ve got great pieces. Their play has been wildly inconsistent. Quote

That’s not terrible shooting against P5 teams unless you also weigh in that he’s a real defensive liability against those teams. Quote
