rcbowla Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 lol This is getting ridiculous. Coach has a tough decision to make imo. Play him and risk losing respect of other players. Don't play him and lose more as I'm assuming he's one of their better players. Just not sure the point of declaring this in November Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk IU/Butler/Notre Dame and Uspshoosier 2 Quote

rcbowla Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 Doesn’t it allow coaches to contact him? Maybe he wants a long recruitment Have to draw a line somewhere. Probably not too much longer and players will be transferring after 1st semester and playing with new team 2nd. I'm all for players having options but like many things I believe this problem has been over-corrected. Just one not important guy's opinion.Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk HoosierHoops1, IU/Butler/Notre Dame and cthomas 3 Quote

This is different because he's a grad transfer. So maybe a grad transfer could do as you say (I'm not sure, there might be rules against that already) but this wouldn't apply to the majority of athletes, if so. Quote

I am just looking at this from this kid's team's perspective and I don't like it. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk Quote

Hovadipo Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 I always thought Willard teams were really tough and thought he might be a problem at Maryland. Didn’t necessarily expect it this soon, but they’re pretty impressive. Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 17-2 run for Maryland. Have to see if Illinois has any answer. Quote
